RE: New direction for company.

Investors,

I will be brief and concise.

Wendy's has had a long tradition of serving not only the best food on the fast food market,
but also the interests of its investors. That has always been the special ingredient to our
success.

Until recently.

Many of you have read in the recent past that items of an unusual nature were found in our
chili. Most notably a finger. A human finger. Let me explain.

From the genesis of this company, repeated market research has shown that in blind taste
tests of four separate chili recipes, the different ingredients being beef, pork, poultry and
human, the human flavor has won out by a startling margin every time.

While this may seem distasteful, one very important factor must be considered: Dividend Yield.
While the cost per head of beef, pork and poultry and their respective usable meat yields are
almost the same, one can purchase humans in bulk from a number of sources for next to nothing.
And one cannot forget the unique nature of the meat composition itself; it's not marbleized
with fat like most animals, so we get more meat weight per dollar AND it keeps longer!

Now that our "secret ingredient" has been uncovered by the public, we must now embrace a new
marketing strategy. One that smashes, once and for all, the taboo superstition that human meat is
inedible, or even worse, unhealthy. There is simply no medical research to support such specious
findings.

With this in mind, we have created a first draft of our new advertising campaign to face, head-on
the issue of using human meat in our products. Our new "Good Food, From Good People" slogan
will no doubt bring us a market sustainability and profit margin that will make us all very pleased.

Thank you,

John D. Barker
