RE: Case MIS/56789-04

Professor Collins,

This letter is our final warning regarding your actions while allegedly impersonating a
Massachussettes Driving Instructor during a safety course.

This office has never taken, nor will it ever take, situations such as these lightly due
mainly to the reprehensible and sleazy nature of the crime. Although the injured parties
were not seemingly mentally sufficient to realize they were subject to a criminal action,
we can assure you the State is.

The video left behind (Please see: evidence item A-2) was particularly disturbing in that
we are unable to determine if any of the "performers" were underage or if anyone (except
the squeeze box) was injured, or frankly, what was actually occurring. We are certain,
however, that this film was not an instructional driving video and therefore had
no place being shown in a course intended for driving safety.

Further investigation concluded several other disturbing facts. A: You were not the in-
structor assigned to that class. B: You are not a licensed professor from any accredited
university. C: You are therefore not qualified to teach Driving Instruction IA in the state
of Massachussettes.

You are hereafter banned from any Department of Motor Vehicle service, function or property
until such time as we can determine the nature of your crime.

Morally offended,

Ruth G. Hanson
